HOW IT WORKS

• First, browse the collections. 
• Once you find all that you need simply add those items to your wish list cart.  Please try and estimate everything you think you will want for both ceremony and reception as best as possible.
• During the checkout process you will submit your Wish List order to us.  (No payment is taken at this time).  Please be sure to tell us your Wedding Date and Location in the Notes section so we can check availability.
• Please note:  There is a $500 minimum order.
• Once you've completed your order, keep an eye out for an email from our team.  We will send out a proposal with all your Wish List items through Honeybook. To confirm your order a deposit is needed and from there we will follow up with you to confirm some further details, send out a style questionnaire so we can get some more of your aesthetic details for the big day on file and get any additional questions answered for you.

Customizations

We created the Arranged Collections with you, the bride to be, in mind.  Each Collection has been thoughtfully designed based on popularity and trend forecasting.  However, we realize everyone has a unique vision for their wedding day and for that reason we allow for one customization.  For example, you may choose to omit a particular flowers or add in a particular flower (pending season availability).  If you love our style, we are confident you will be thrilled with the arrangements we put together for your big day.  If you are interested in larger scale designs, installations and custom wedding creations please get in touch with us here:  Ebb & Flow Floral and Event Styling

Delivery / Pick Up

• We offer deliver to Green Bay, Howard, Depere, Appleton or any city within a 30 mile radius. 
• Delivery cost ranges from $50-$250 and is based on distance and mileage. 
• Please have someone at the venue to meet us at the arranged time. 
• Ebb & Flow is not responsible for unpacking, placing  or setting up any Arranged Collection wedding florals.  

• All orders must be placed 30 days in advance of event date. Cancellations must be received no less than 30 days prior to event date.
• No refunds are available after 30 days prior to the event.
• Refunds issued will be subject to a $100 administrative fee for time spent.
• Additions must be made no later than one month before the event.
• Due to the fact that fresh flowers are a natural product, availability of  flowers is on a dynamic market affected by weather, seasons, and other natural phenomena.  Ebb and Flow reserves the right to make last minute changes to the flowers used in the event that selections are unavailable or do not meet quality standards.  Client understands that all items will vary slightly based on availability, creative interpretation of designer and seasonality.  
• Ebb and Flow does not guarantee the condition of blooms after drop off or pick up.  Freshness of flowers is of utmost importance to us and it is our goal to safely package and care for your flowers before they leave our studio. We will provide detailed care instructions with each order to help keep those blooms looking their best.  Care instructions will be emailed to you prior to the event date.  Please follow this guide to maintain the freshest blooms possible.
